Payment
Cashless payments for legal entities
The Manager will issue an invoice and send it to you for payment. The invoice must be paid by wire transfer. Accounting documents (invoice, bill of lading, original invoice) will be provided along with the order.
Bank transfer for individuals
After placing the order, an invoice will be generated, which you can print and pay for. A pre-paid order is delivered to the person specified as the recipient of the order using an identity document (delivery under pre-paid conditions).
Chargeback
If the Buyer refuses to deliver the Product under a confirmed order or paid invoice, Metallenergo Severo-Zapad LLC returns the money within 5 (Five) business days from the actual sale of the Product.
